Delivery:
UK delivery: You will receive an email from me once an order is placed. It's usually within 2-5 days delivery for the UK addresses, otherwise you will be notified. Postages are included unless noted on the item page. We post all under £60 orders by our standard post (Usually 2-5 days and sometimes more. If you need express delivery, we offer express delivery for £5 extra cost. Please contact me in that case.) and £61 and more orders for Special Delivery. We usually use Royal Mail postal services.
EU delivery: We are no longer able to ship to the EU customers.
International delivery: You will receive an email from me once an order is placed. Your will be provided with a tracking number. Expected deliver time is 1-2 weeks once we ship, however we are not responsible for any delay caused by the customs. Please select your delivery from the delivery option list. The delivery cost doesn't include Custom Duty and Taxes for goods entering your country. If your country is not listed on our delivery list, please contact us.
Returns Policy:
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase and wish to return it to us, the item must not have been worn or damaged and must be returned in its original packaging. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt at
nobukookumura.design@gmail.com for a returns authorization reference and then return the item within 14 days.
Please retain the receipt for your records. In order to qualify for a refund, the item must be carefully packed and returned in their original packaging; Once your order has been successfully received back by us, we will process your refund for you. It is advised that returned items are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery service, insuring items in transit. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit to us. You will be responsible for any postage costs incurred in returning and exchanging items. Please retain the receipt for your records.
Exempt from returns:
Please note that some items are exempt from this returns policy: • Earrings for pierced ears for reasons of hygiene. • When an item has been made to a non standard size or length specifically for you. • Items personalised to the customers specifications. • Any specially commissioned items and items that are specified non refundable in the item description. No replacement materials. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect ring/ bangle/ bracelet/ necklace sizes provided by you. Please note that re-sizing and alterations are usually possible but will incur an extra charge. Repair policy:
Please contact me with your requirements with photos. Please do not send your jewellery before consulting me. I'll examine your requirements. Once I understand what requires from the image and discussions with the customer, then I’ll ask the customer to send their jewellery. Please note initial judgement is subject to actual assessment when the jewellery is in my workshop.
The repair is free ONLY under these conditions: If it is manufacturing fault, the repair job is free. Please note, the customer to pay return postage of £9.00, Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is only available if the jewellery was bought within last 3 months. You need a proof of purchase such as receipt. * Even though repair is free, lost materials are at your cost to pay.
The repair is NOT free under these conditions: Purchased Jewellery over 3 months old.
